How are orders fulfilled?+
Every Kazomo order is fulfilled by Amazon or Noon in your region. Returns, refunds, warranty and shipping support are handled by the marketplace you bought from.
What is the return policy?+
Returns follow the marketplace's standard policy — typically 15–30 days, unopened, with the original packaging. See your Amazon or Noon order page for exact terms.
Are the double-wall cups dishwasher safe?+
Yes. All Kazomo borosilicate double-wall glassware is top-rack dishwasher safe.
Are the cutting boards dishwasher safe?+
No. The acacia hardwood side will warp in the dishwasher. Hand-wash with warm soapy water and dry upright.
How do I care for the acacia side of my cutting board?+
Hand-wash and dry upright after every use. Once a month, rub in a thin coat of food-safe mineral or cutting-board oil and wipe off the excess.
Are the products BPA-free?+
Yes. The glassware is pure borosilicate with no plastic in contact with your drink. The cutting boards use BPA-free reinforced ABS edging.
Where do you ship to?+
We currently fulfil orders in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Canada through their respective marketplaces.
